  • Name - In order to send you a quote we need your name and email address.

  • Company - If you ordered from us before it would be easier to locate your file.

  • Country - Needed for shipping and calculating delivery charges.

  • Phone - Secondary method of communication. Primary method is via email.

  • Email - Is the most important for us to be able you send you a quote

  • Product style - We list the most commonly used products that we can offer.
    If you are looking for a particular item that is not listed, please use the text area at the bottom of the form to explain what product you are interested in so we can specifically accommodate your needs.

  • Brand - If you are familiar with imprintable clothing brands you can pick a particular brand.
    Otherwise, you can choose between the best quality and the most affordable brand.

  • Colour - Since it is impossible to list hundreds of colours, all pricing is based on 3 groups of garment colours: white, light, and dark.
    Please just specify what colour would you need.

  • Quantity - We have different price breakdowns and require a minimum of 12 items per design.

  • Decoration metod - Screen Printing - The most popular way to customize garments; yields the highest quality and is the most cost effective.
    Embroidery - Often used to customize caps, hats, or heavier and higher quality garments.
    Custom Vinyl Cutting - Used in customizing garments with names or numbers.
    Digital Transfer is the art of applying high resolution images onto fabric using heat transferring machine. - Find out more about this method under services.

  • Placments - There are several common artwork/logo placements in printing or decorating methods.
    Your artwork could be applied on the garment front, back, and sleeves.
    More artwork/logo locations will significantly increase the cost since each garment needs to go through the printing (decorating) process more than once.

  • Turnaround Time - Custom projects can take between 5-10 business days to complete.
    This depends on merchandise availability, artwork complexity, and order quantity.
    If you have a rush order please let us know and we will try to meet your deadline without additional cost.
